Return Policy

We accept product returns upon written authorization by Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. (LINK Distribution) with proof of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments without an RMA number displayed on the shipping package will be refused.

• Return freight charges must be prepaid by the Customer; no COD returns will be accepted.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Defective units will be accepted for evaluation by Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. upon customer request.

• Requests for product returns must be made within 30 days, and authorized returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Restocking charges will be a minimum of 15% and may vary per product.

• RMAs will be issued by Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. if product has been approved for return.

• For all returns, please contact Customer Service at 1-905-420-8400 or by email at inside@southwestenergy.ca.

• Products deemed “Non-Collectable/Non-Returnable” or “NC/NR” at time of quote or sale are non-returnable. Custom orders for the Customer may also be Non-Collectable/Non-Returnable.

• Warranty-related return procedures will be determined by the manufacturer’s warranty policy for the applicable product.

Delivery Policy

All stipulated delivery or shipment dates given by Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. are estimated; Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. does not guarantee estimated delivery times.

• Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. shipments may be serviceable as installments. Delay in delivery or default installments shall not relieve the Customer of obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries.

• Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. in no event will be liable for increased manufacturing costs, loss of profits, goodwill, or any other incidental or consequential damages by reason of delay in shipment or non-shipment. 

• All shipments by Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. are point of shipment from our facility, and all shipment charges will be prepaid and charged by the designated shipping company.

• Shipment lead time for in stock orders is 1 – 5 business days. Estimated wait time on backorders is 4 – 7 weeks. Backordered items will be shipped when product becomes available.

• The customer chooses their shipment method online and will be provided with a tracking ID if requested.

• Shipping via Customer’s own courier with a collect account is currently unavailable for online orders. Should you wish to use your own carrier, please contact Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. at 1-905-420-8400 or by email at inside@southwestenergy.ca to place your order.

• Should you wish to schedule an order for delivery at a later date, please contact Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. at 1-905-420-8400 or by email at inside@southwestenergy.ca to place your order.

• Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd.’s warehouse is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST and is subject to all statutory holidays in Ontario, Canada. Orders are shipped only on business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on the following Monday.

• Southwest Energy Control Systems of Canada Ltd. closes for the holiday season in December and will not ship during this time. These closure dates will be clearly noted on the web site home page.

Cancellation Policy

Any request to cancel an order must be done immediately upon order processing by contacting Customer Service at 1-905-420-8400 or by email at inside@southwestenergy.ca. If an attempt to cancel an order occurs once it has shipped and been billed, the Return Policy will then be in effect.
